Customer service
Enjoy solving problems and learning about new & exciting products?
Joining our friendly customer service team means you’ll learn how to build great customer relationships, handle enquiries, solve problems, and become an expert in our products and brands. You’ll gain experience across different brands and industries, providing valuable experience in multiple sectors.
Start by building your communication skills and product knowledge (we’ve got a lot of different brands!), then move onto taking ownership of customers and tackling more complex queries. You’ll be able to progress into senior customer service and account management roles thereafter!
Engineering and Technical
Prefer to get hands-on and solve problems?
An engineering and/or technical career at FW3 means getting hands-on with real products and real challenges. You’ll learn how our products work, develop your technical skills, troubleshoot problems, carry out testing, and help bring new ideas to life.
As your experience grows, you’ll take on more complex projects, solve technical challenges, and become a go-to expert! Progress into senior technical, engineering, product development, and leadership roles. You may also gain the opportunity to move into an external engineering role, attending customer sites to solve problems.
Accounting and Finance
Want to develop commercial experience and exposure to the world of finance?
When joining our Accounting & Finance team, you’ll learn how a fast-growing business manages its finances, from processing invoices and payments, to bank reconciliations, assisting with management accounts, and financial reporting. You’ll gain experience across different areas of finance, while developing valuable skills in accuracy, organisation, analysis and commercial decision making.

Marketing & Design

Join the innovative marketing team at FW3 and you’ll learn how to create campaigns, develop exciting content, build brands and promote our products across digital, print, social media and e-commerce. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, from creating eye-catching designs and product photography to planning campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

Warehouse
